This week inside the group we focused on one of the biggest things holding people back from healthy skin:
BARRIER DAMAGE + OVER-TREATING THE SKIN.
A lot of people think more products, stronger exfoliation, or “feeling the burn” means the skincare is working… but most of the time it’s actually creating inflammation and making the skin more reactive over time.
Healthy skin should not constantly feel:

• Burning
• Red
• Flaky
• Overly oily
• Sensitive to everything
