Please be mindful we are a micro-small business who hand makes in small batches all of our products. Our lead time for processing orders is typically 7-10 days. For international orders, please note that customs duties and other fees may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Returns
As a small business, we have a No Refund Policy store wide. Refunds for purchases or registration fees will only be issued if Meaux Co Pro Inc is at fault for an event cancellation, excluding unforeseen events. If you cannot attend a class after purchase, you can contact Meaux Co Pro Inc about waitlist options or sell your spot to another professional, notifying them for roster updates. No refunds are available for products, but store credits may be issued. Report lost or stolen packages to the shipping company who delivered and notify Meaux Co Pro LLC within seven days about defective items for a manufacturer review, which may take up to 60 days. Professionals are encouraged to insure their devices.
