I'm looking for a cancellation policy. I don't have a ton of cancellations thankfully but wanted to add one this year. anyone care to share.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments are reserved specifically for you. Because of this, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in loss of booking privileges.
