Sash is a licensed esthetician of 17 years and a licensed esthetician instructor of 5 years. Currently the CEO of Meaux Co Pro in New York. Originally from Missouri, she graduated from Missouri College of Esthetics in 2006 and continued her studies completing Legal Studies programs at Arizona State University and three additional years at Missouri State University. Sash has authored two skin-based books and prides herself on practicing skin where science meets nature. As an esthetician, she is a self-proclaimed risk-taker and expert in corrective skincare. As an educator, she has more than 17 years of work experience, a laundry list of certifications including advanced educator courses from Harvard University's distance program where she completed Leaders of the Learning Environment Certification.

We are small but mighty! Please understand that supporting small business also means, taking the necessary steps to provide us the time and information to take care of any concerns or claims. Please send all trouble shooting concerns WITH video of the problem to We will get back to you and do our best to resolve the issue, please understand that sometimes and in some cases this can take time to resolve. 



All Sales are final. We accept RETURNS for EXCHANGE of the same item or STORE CREDIT ONLY for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first email us within 7 days of receiving device at to alert us of the damage. You will need to ship the damaged item back to us, upon receipt of the damaged item, we will replace it with the same item or provide store credit at your request. There are certain situations where a partial monetary refund may be granted, if applicable, once the item is returned and inspected we will email your to notify you of refund approval or denial and the refund can take up to 14 business days to process.


Shipping Lost/Stolen Package: Each Meaux CO delivery is insured. If a package is lost due to the error of the logistic company we employ, we will file a claim and once approved we will replace your missing item. If your package was delivered but STOLEN, the insurance will NOT cover to replace a new item. However, Meaux Co will be able to provide you with a code for free shipping and potential discount for you to replace your stolen items.


Manufacturer warranty: If your device comes with a manufacturers warranty, the warranty is good to REPAIR or REPLACE the malfunctioning part, not the entire device. If your device is acting up the manufacturer will examine the device virtually via a video you will submit and they will make a determination of which parts to send for you to attach with video guidance. Once the parts are attached, if the device is still not working they will send another part. After all possible parts are replaced and it is determined that the malfunction is based on the error of the manufacturer they will approve or deny a replacement machine. This process can take 30 - 60 days. Replacements are rare and never guaranteed, it is important to purchase additional insurance to protect your investments. Where are your products made?

Meaux Co skincare line is custom-blended by our founder Sash Moreaux with the exception of a few items like the Chemical peel compounds and a select few actives which are blended for her for consumer safety by a chemistry lab in Oregon and Austin, Texas. Our equipment relationship and manufacturers are overseas. We work with companies that practice ethical standards and produce quality devices in places like Sheffield, England all the way to Shaanxi China! We work with 4 companies all of which have received patent awards, they are ISET and EC Certified and we have a great working relationship with our manufacturers.
